The Practice

We are a multi–disciplinary construction consultancy based in Belfast providing consultancy services throughout the UK & Ireland. We are one of the founding member practices of UKBS PLC, a multi–disciplinary property consultancy providing a complete range of property services to national clients from 24 offices throughout the UK.

Real Impact

We deliver professional construction related consultancy services at the highest level to both private and public sector clients. Our in–house abilities allow us to reduce costs and offer our clients a ‘one stop shop’ covering a wide range of property disciplines.

History

Established in 1945 as Ferris & Craig Chartered Quantity Surveyors, soon followed by Mr G Moore, the practice initially involved surveying bomb damaged buildings after the Second World War. Over the next 70 years the partnership grew to incorporate Building Surveying and M&E Building Services disciplines.

Ringdufferin Nursing Home

The FCM Partnership's Mechanical & Electrical engineers recently completed a new build 63 Bedroom Nursing home at Ringdufferin, Killyleagh.

The project also included air source heatpumps & PV panels.
Ardboe Credit Union

The FCM PARTNERSHIP were Mechanical & Electrical engineers on this new build Credit union at Ardboe.

The project also included air source heatpumps & PV panels.
Parkdean Nursing Home

The FCM Partnership were Quantity Surveyors and Mechanical & Electrical engineers on this new 65 Bed Nursing Home, of the Antrim Road, Belfast.

The project included a standby diesel generator with G59 protection.
Petersham Farm, Richmond, Surrey

The FCM Partnership were Mechanical & Electrical engineers on this new private dwelling, with stables, workshops, staff accommodation and garages.

The project also included a biomass boiler and raising and lowering outdoor heated swimming pool and a standby diesel generator.
South East Regional College, Bangor

The FCM Partnership provided a full multi-discipline team on this project to include: Project Managers, Building Surveyors, M&E Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators on this new entrance and refurbishment at SERC Bangor.
St. Aldates, Oxford

The FCM Partnership are currently M&E Engineers on this £16M part new build, part refurbishment project, to provide student accommodation and retail accommodation in Oxford.
Public Healthcare Building

The FCM Partnership are providing a full Multi-Discipline team on a new Health Care Building for a Public sector client in Belfast. The team includes Project Managers, Building Surveyors, M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
Knockbracken Nursing Home

The FCM Partnership, as QS and M&E Engineers are currently working on a New £17M Private Nursing Home at Knockbracken, Belfast.
Bank Square, Belfast

The FCM Partnership, as QS and M&E Engineers are currently working on a new Boutique Hotel in Bank Square, Belfast.
